What size of project do you take on?
We work on projects of varying scale, from a single bespoke furniture commission to a full architectural and interior programme. The common factor is a client who values considered design.
Do you work outside your home city?
Yes. We work with clients across geographies. Our process is designed to be clear and collaborative regardless of location.
How do fees work?
We present fees transparently at the proposal stage. Depending on the project scope, we work on a fixed fee, a phased fee, or a percentage of construction cost basis. We will always explain the structure before any commitment.
Can you handle both the architecture and the interiors?
Yes. This integrated approach is what distinguishes Studio Omnifiq. One studio, one design language, one point of accountability. Architecture, interiors, and furniture developed as one coherent whole rather than passed between separate teams.
What should I include in my first message to you?
